- Processing Time: We strive to process all orders within 24 working hours after we have received them. However, during peak seasons, processing times may take longer.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
MOIST believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
HOW TO REQUEST FOR AN ORDER CANCELLATION?
To request an order cancellation please email us the order # with the product name and the issue at cs@moist.com.pk and our customer care agent will get in contact with you. Alternatively, you can WhatsApp us at +92 3 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time).
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information, and our “Exchange Policy” will apply.
MOIST may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include the item being out of stock, price errors, or no response from the customer.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated the process of shipping after confirmation from the customer.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day / Express Delivery category.
